about flooding on Morris Street at Dereef Park, these photos should answer it without any doubt. At the intersection of Dereef Ct. & Morris St. the water is around 18″ to 24″ deep in the street. The heavy rain began about 3 hours into a receding tide. Took these photos around Low Tide.
